'Rhonda's Work-Out' is an execution in blood, sweat and tears. Literally. A maniac is on the loose at Rhonda's gym and the killer is equipped with a large safety pin (!). A slow-witted Detective does some investigating but with zero results. Dead bodies keep piling up though, by the hour, and the only person happy about this is the local coroner (I lost count after the 4th body bag). There are suspects but no solid leads and the pin continues to penetrate ...

... ouch. What a time capsule. Expect -

#1 Hot babes in leotards and head bands stretching to cheesy fitness muzak.
#2 The obligatory boob-shot at the beginning.
#3 Dumb bodybuilders who also happen to be experts in martial arts.
#4 Tanning box BBQ.

Yummy. Lots of good stuff cooking in AEROBI-CIDE, making it one of the finest in cheesy slasher cuisine to come out of the 1980s. Very entertaining. So grab them ankle warmers and join the club now. Membership fee is only a sting!
